Why we tell you this
We want you to always know when you are dealing with artificial intelligence. Laws such as the EU AI Act and California's Bot Disclosure Law also ask businesses to tell people when they are talking to AI.
When you are talking to AI
Some replies to website chats, direct messages, comments and emails may come from an AI assistant working for Shiilia Marie LLC. The AI assistant tells you that it is an AI assistant when a conversation starts and whenever you ask.
Talking to a person
You can always reach a person by emailing info@shiiliamarie.com.
Calls with our AI assistant
Our calls are currently handled by people. If we ever use an AI assistant on calls, we will tell you before we start, and the assistant will say at the start of each call that it is AI, that its voice is AI-generated and that the call is recorded.
AI-generated images, video and voices
If we publish realistic AI-generated images, video or voices of people, we label them as AI-generated.
AI-assisted writing
Some of our pages, emails and downloads are written with AI help, and we review them before they go out.
What AI does not decide
AI never makes a decision about you on its own when that decision has a legal or similarly significant effect. A person reviews it.
AI can make mistakes
AI answers can be wrong. We confirm important details with a person. If you think an AI answer was wrong, email info@shiiliamarie.com.
Your information and AI
AI providers process the content of your conversation so they can answer you. Our Privacy Policy explains who they are and your rights.
